North and Northeast Baltimore
The 14th Legislative District covers a broad swath of North and Northeast Baltimore, encompassing some of the city's most distinctive and beloved neighborhoods. Jeff Schoenborn has lived in this district for years — currently in Guilford — and knows its streets, its residents, and its needs.
The district's neighborhoods range from historic rowhouse communities to parkside enclaves, and include precincts that span council districts 9, 12, and 13. That diversity is a strength — and a reminder that effective representation requires listening, not assumption.
Guilford

Jeff knows the 14th District not as a collection of precincts on a map, but as a set of real communities with real concerns — about safety on their streets, the condition of their parks, the quality of their schools, and whether the city's leaders are paying attention.
How the Central Committee Is Structured
The Baltimore City Republican Central Committee mirrors the structure of the Baltimore City Council. Voters in each of the city's council districts elect two Republican committee members to represent them — one of whom Jeff is seeking to be for the 14th District. This structure ensures that every part of the city has a direct voice in how the local Republican Party is organized and led.
